This hiring site serves Scream Town (7410 US-212, Chaska, MN 55318). The site and its staffing communications are operated on Scream Town's behalf by Noetic Emergence Consulting, LLC (DBA Specter Shift). Questions: info@screamtownactor.com.

What We Collect

When you apply to work at Scream Town we collect the information you submit on the application — such as your name, phone number, email address, age, availability, experience, and the positions you're interested in.

How We Use It

We use your information only to review your application and to communicate with you about staffing, scheduling, and shift details for Scream Town. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Text Messages (SMS)

• Opt-in. SMS is optional. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the actor application (unchecked by default, separate from any other agreement). We only text staff who opt in.
• What we send. Staffing notifications — shift reminders, weather/operational alerts, and open-shift requests. These are not marketing messages.
• Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies by season and need. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out / help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or email info@screamtownactor.com.
• Your consent is private. Your mobile opt-in and phone number are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates, and are not shared for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate Scream Town's staffing (for example, with Scream Town management) or where required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We keep application information for as long as needed to manage hiring and staffing, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
