Scream Town is looking for enthusiastic people to join our acting team for our 2025 season! From scary clowns and zombies, to a cabin with cannibals, and don’t forget about aliens, chainsaw maniacs, witches, scary nuns, and everything in between. Scream Town has a home for everyone!

This event is seasonal and only open for a very brief amount of time and therefore requires only seriously interested applicants, and those that are willing to meet their agreed upon contract.

This is a contract labor job, that once contracted with, requires you to fill out an easy W-9 and a very easy click and sign contract.

An onsite orientation meeting will take place so that you fully understand the event, and can develop your own character.

Other details to keep in mind:

    • Once you application is complete, you’ll receive a phone call from our team to answer any questions.
    • Appropriate shoe wear and weather appropriate clothing should be worn as this event is primarily outdoors and terrain varies.
    • After some general guidance, you get to create your own character, costume, and or make up. This is your opportunity to get creative!
      • Some costumes and masks are available if needed. Please mention this in your application in the comments section.
    • Commitment level – making sure you arrive in a timely manner and honor the days contracted with.
    • Contracts are paid in full between Oct 30 and Nov 10, or earlier if possible, if contract ends sooner.
    • If you think you may have future conflicts, consider postponing the application process until you know for sure you can commit. Even if it becomes late into the season, we'd rather you apply last minute (and potentially help us fill in missing roles!) than apply early and back out.
