Hours:

6pm-11pm Friday and Saturdays – Sundays 6-10 pm

Note there are four Thursday's and two Wednesday's (go with Sunday hours)

Ending hours are approximate

Pay range: $60-$75 per night depending on experience

Scream Town and The Abandoned Hayride are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Security team for the 2025 season! They need security members that can adapt well to changing environments, have strong communication skills, can keep their senses about them and who enjoy working with the public.

This is an exciting, fast paced job that will keep you on your toes, requires working well with others, providing direction, and developing creative solutions.

This event is seasonal and only open for a very brief amount of time and therefore requires only seriously interested applicants, and those that are willing to meet their agreed upon contract.

This is a contract labor job, that once contracted with, requires you to fill out an easy W-9 and a very easy click and sign contract. You can be part of the team in just minutes!

An onsite orientation meeting will take place so that you fully understand the event.

Other details to keep in mind:

• Once you application is complete, you’ll receive a phone call from our team to answer any questions.
• Appropriate shoe wear and weather appropriate clothing should be worn – Security jackets and two way radios are provided.
• Our security team is led by our head of security who will provide you with an onsite orientation, and answer any questions you may have.
• Experience in this field is preferred but not required. However this is a hands off weapon free environment. You are onsite to act as eyes and ears, a deterrent, a communicator, and a presence.
• Mobility issues or heath concerns (the event has varying terrain, and requires you to move a lot)
• We look for people who are alert, move around, and spot potential problems before they become actual problems.
• Commitment level – making sure you arrive in a timely manner and honor the days contracted with.
• Contracts are paid in full between Oct 30 and Nov 10, or earlier if possible, if contract ends sooner.
